            If possible PLEASE ALWAYS put your ordernumber and name in the subject of email that are send to us. It will facilitate quicker replies and less emails that end up in our SPAM mail (answering to an order confirmation or a maling list or something similar usually means we don't read the email because it end up in the spam mail).

              Order and Preorder Conditions

              Orders and preorders are considered final when payed. Preorders that are not payed, do not guarantee that you will get the product.

              Cancelling orders and preorders is possible, but will be subject to a fee of 10€ per item cancelled (due to the administrative work involved), Paypal fees involved, credit notes that have to be made etc).

              Preorders are always subject to the product arriving in our store as we don't have any control over this.

              Kickstarter Conditions

              Kickstarter orders are considered final when payed. Unpaid Kick starter orders will not guarantee that you will get the stock.

              Cancelling Kick starter orders is possible, but will be subject to a fee of 10€ per item cancelled (due to the administratie work involved).

              To avoid tons of emails that we can't keep up with...please refrain from sending emails about arrival times of KS. They are done when they are done...that is the nature of KS.

              Privacy Conditions

              All personal data provided to us (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails etc) will never be sold or provided to other parties.

              Your personal details will only be used by the Boardgamegeneral and only for the purpose of shipping , contacting you or sending out emails like new releases.

              At any time you can ask to be 'forgotten'. Note that this means that we will delete your active account and details except for what we need for tax and reporting reasons. It also means that your active account will stop to exist, so if you would like to order agian, you'll have to create a new account.
